Book an appointment with the school director at our premises located at Dabrobosanska 10, Istočno Sarajevo, to begin your journey towards artistic excellence. With over a decade of experience, BASICSchool is committed to guiding and empowering children.
Cancellation Policy
1. Appointment Scheduling Appointments can be scheduled online through our booking system. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice when booking an appointment to ensure availability. Bookings are confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message. 2. Cancellations and Rescheduling To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. You can do this through our booking system or by contacting us directly. 3. No-Show Policy If you miss your appointment without notifying us in advance, it will be considered a "no-show." Repeated no-shows may result in a restrictions on future bookings and services . 4. Late Arrivals If you arrive late for your appointment, the appointment may be shortened or rescheduled depending on availability. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the cancellation of your appointment. 5. Personal Information All personal information provided during the booking process will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of managing your appointment.
