
Confirmations, Certificates & Diplomas
The documents issued by BASICSchool are an integral part of the educational process and a guarantee of quality and transparency. Each document is created according to clearly defined standards.
On this page, we present the types of documents that our students may obtain during their studies: semester completion confirmations, level (grade) certificates, and diplomas of completed education.
Semester completion confirmation are issued in digital form through the eSystem and can be easily downloaded online by parents. Certificates and diplomas are issued exclusively in printed form, on special paper with security features, ensuring their authenticity and protection against forgery.
Confirmations are issued in Serbian/Croatian/Bosnian, while certificates and diplomas are issued in English.

Semester Completion Confirmation
Header
At the top of the document is the letterhead of the Institute and BASICSchool.
Recipient Information Box
Includes the parent’s name and home address.
Title
The title Semester Completion Confirmation clearly indicates the type of document.
Student Information
Below the title, student data are entered: full name, parent’s name, date of birth, nationality, school year, completed semester, department/program, and class.
Subjects Table
The central part of the document is a table listing: subject name, teacher’s name, and assigned grade.
Concluding Paragraph
After the table, a paragraph confirms that the student has completed the semester and highlights the final achievement grade.
Signature and Seal
At the bottom of the document: place of issue (East Sarajevo), the director’s signature, and the official seal.
Security Features
At the footer of the document:

A unique protocol number and document code – displayed in the footer along with the date and time of certificate generation.

Barcode – provides additional identification and verification of document authenticity in the system.
Certificates
Header
At the top of the confirmation is the full name of the country, parent institution, and the school.
Title
The word CERTIFICATE / Confirmation is centrally highlighted, with a description of the level and program.
Student Information
Below the title: student’s full name, parent’s name, date of birth, and nationality, along with a precise description of the school level and academic year in which the confirmation was obtained.
Subjects Table
The central part contains an overview of subjects with assigned grades. At the end of the table, the final grade is presented as a cumulative indicator of achievement.
Concluding Paragraph
Below the table, a text confirms the completion of the given level, emphasizing the final achievement grade.
Signature and Seal
At the bottom: date and place of issue, the director’s signature, and the official seal.

At the footer of the document:

Diploma
Header
Like the confirmation, the diploma begins with the full name of the country, parent institution, and the school.
Title
The word DIPLOMA is centrally highlighted, with the field of study indicated.
Student Information
Below the title: student’s full name, parent’s name, date of birth, nationality, program, and the completed study period.
Program Name
Displayed centrally in bold font is the name of the completed program.
Confirmation Paragraph
The central part contains a statement confirming that the student has completed the program in accordance with the curriculum. Next to the paragraph, a QR code is placed. Scanning the code provides access to all of the student’s achievements during their studies, including grades.
