Experimental Arts Education Unit
Experimental Arts Education Unit (EAEU) offers an educational model built on a fully integrated and innovative syllabus. In this division, open to children aged 7 to 15, there are no separate departments or majors. Instead, students progress through a unified program that includes a variety of courses they choose themselves, all within one coherent educational experience. Each course is held twice per week.

What does experimental music and performing arts education mean? It means that education in the EAEU department is constantly evolving. Students can expect new ideas and syllabi that change from semester to semester. Each semester brings new projects and challenges, making the education dynamic and tailored to the needs of the modern world.
Classes are taught bilingually, in Serbian/Croatian/Bosnian and English, with a special emphasis on English. This bilingual approach allows students to move fluidly between languages, preparing them for a global society. Classes are small, with 10 students each, allowing for individualized attention and support for every child.
The school year runs from September to June and is divided into three semesters: fall, winter, and spring. During each semester, students receive assignments that they must complete independently or in groups by the end of the semester. The final product is then presented to parents or the public through various forms, including presentations, seminars, concerts, performances, or TV shows.

Take a look at what the students of the EAEU department worked on during the previous school year.
Students enrolling in the EAEU division select, at the time of enrollment, a minimum of one and a maximum of five available courses to attend during the semester. At the end of the semester, they choose courses for the following one, continuing in this way for as long as they wish to remain in the school. At the end of each semester, students receive a certificate of completion with descriptive evaluations for all attended courses. When a student decides to finish their education within the EAEU division, they are issued an official transcript of all courses they have taken, along with descriptive assessments of the skills they acquired in each course.
Students who attend the EAEU division for at least two years and complete a minimum of 12 courses become eligible to receive an international diploma in English, recognized in Bosnia and Herzegovina, all member states of the European Union, and the United States of America.

EAEU syllabi are designed with a focus on what truly matters for the development of students’ artistic, logical, and social intelligence. We nurture their ability to learn and comprehend complex topics, their effectiveness in teamwork, and their capacity to make ethical decisions.
Classes are held in specially equipped rooms carefully designed to provide an optimal environment for learning, exploration, and creativity. Each classroom is outfitted with state-of-the-art technology and materials, allowing students to explore and learn in an environment that nurtures their curiosity and creativity. Additionally, a smaller portion of the classes is conducted online.
Certain EAEU courses are supported by specialized software integrated with artificial intelligence, such as courses in composition, animation, editing, digital production, and photography. In other courses, such as ballet, acting, or stage movement, classical digital tools adapted for artistic work are applied. In this way, depending on the course a student chooses, the educational process is enriched with innovative technologies that develop digital skills and contribute to a more complete learning experience.
We are very proud of this educational model we have developed because the EAEU is a creative hub where art, science, and technology intersect, offering students the opportunity to develop their talents and become the leaders of the future.
